Duely delivers the M&A legal work itself - data room reviews, gap analyses, diligence reports, transaction documents - by relying on its AI engine that does the heavy lifting and legal experts who stand behind every deliverable. We are a small, on-site team in Ghent, and the first AI-native provider in the Benelux to raise venture capital in this space.
